Why did my order come UPS when I was billed for a freight truck?

The item you ordered has an overlength/oversize surcharge by UPS and would be approximately the same cost of a general freight truck when the surcharge is added. This typically happens when we drop ship from the manufacturer, and they are set up with a special rate from UPS to accommodate such instances. We do not profit from shipping charges, but it is our hope that we are close to breaking even.
