The Dsuban.com Warranty Policy is a 30 day warranty, following manufacture’s warranty proceedures, from the date of receipt for items purchased from Dsuban.com.
All warranties after 30 days shall be handled by the manufacturer. However please note that customer service and customer satisfaction is important to us. On a case-by-case basis we will do everything we can to ensure that you, the customer, will remain a satisfied customer. Call us concerning your warranty questions.
To return a defective product, please contact our Parts Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA is valid for 10 days from date of issuance. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
- Warranty is replacement of same item only.
- Manufacturer restrictions do apply, i.e., as in their evaluation of failure before a warranty or replacement may be issued, which is out of our control.
- Some manufacturers require return of item for an evaluation of failure before a warranty can be issued. If the item in question is important to you or your operation during the warranty process, you may be required to purchase the same item for your use during this process. When Dsuban.com recieves the cause of failure report, and if the item is warranted due to a manufactures defect and credit is issued, a credit will be issued to you, the customer.
- Any shipping charges are per manufacturer’s policy. Anything outside of thair policy shall be handled by you, the customer.
Dsuban.com makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description. Dsuban.com makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description. Dsuban.com is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the item purchased. Under no circumstances shall Dsuban.com be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the item.
Warranty claims must be handled by calling us at (513) 860-1200, 8am-5pm e.s.t. Monday – Friday. Ask for the parts department and explain that you have an internet sale warranty claim.
