Shipping Information

• We ship using UPS© exclusively to the 50 US States (We currently do not ship to the US Islands or US Territories) .
• We do not ship by USPS© or FedEx©.
• Shipping charges are calculated by UPS© when address fields are fully filled.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• A shipping charge of $1000 or “no shipping methods available” indicates an error in the shipping pricing from UPS©.

Shipping Delays

• UPS© and FedEx© may not be guaranteeing service levels due to the pandemic and a shortage of workers. They are working hard to ensure the fastest delivery possible, but your order may take longer to arrive due to these circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tax Exempt Purchases

• Purchases outside Ohio are tax exempt. If you are you are tax exempt in Ohio, please call us before placing your order.  Ohio sales tax cannot be refunded once ordered as a taxable purchase.

Ohio Sales Tax

• If you are purchasing for a business or as personal use residing in Ohio, and you are tax exempt, please call us before placing your order.  Sales tax cannot be returned once ordered as a taxable purchase.
• All purchases made on our site for business or personal use outside of Ohio are tax exempt.

Due to the custom nature of U-bolts, we cannot accept returns. Please measure carefully and contact us with questions.
