Do you accept returns?

1. Shipping Costs: When returning or exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost.
2. Restocking Fee: Non-defective returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, which may vary depending on the manufacturer’s policy. This fee is deducted from the final purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
3. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are generally accepted up to thirty (30) days after the receipt of the item, provided that the item is in its original packaging and in new and resalable condition.
4. Exclusions: U-bolts (ubolts) are not returnable or refundable because they are made to the customer’s specifications.
5. Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery or if the carrier returns a package due to an invalid address provided by the customer, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damage Claims: Any claims for damage during shipment should be made with the carrier.
7. Return Locations: The return location may vary based on the type of part and the reason for the return. Customers must follow the return instructions provided to receive credit.
8. Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, unmarked manufacturer’s part boxes, and cores must be returned in their original box. The item should be enclosed in its original packaging inside another box for return. Returns sent in the original manufacturer’s packaging may not be refundable if the box is damaged during shipping.
9. Part/Item Condition: Parts/items should not be painted, installed, or their packaging altered in any way. Returns cannot be issued for parts that have been installed, painted, modified, or returned without their original packaging.
