This compact electric/manual lift axle control is specifically engineered to simplify both trailer and tractor lift axle plumbing. Notably, this space-saving design integrates an electric solenoid, a manual operator, a lift bag valve, and a ride bag valve into one unified body. Furthermore, it is built to survive harsh trailer environments, whether you install it with or without a protective enclosure.
Configuration & Flexibility
Air Regulation:By default, this specific valve is unregulated on the ride bag side. However, you can easily plumb it into an external air regulator or the vehicle’s height control valve.
Regulated Alternative:Alternatively, if you require a built-in solution, see model B2400-B54. In that version, the regulator and gauge are incorporated directly into the main valve body to eliminate external plumbing.
Fail Mode:In terms of safety, the fail mode is completely field-configurable. Specifically, you can switch from “normally down” to “normally up” just by rotating the exhaust port plate 180 degrees.
Brake Isolation:Additionally, the unit features a service brake isolation port. Please note that this port arrives plugged directly from AIRman but is available if needed.
