This air control kit is made by AIRman which directly replaces HAC-NSI, formally from Hendrickson. The face of the panel does not bear the Hendrickson name but other than that, is identical to the original HAC-NSI. This panel also replaces flip switch model R-017512-00.
The Hendrickson version of the HAC-NSI is discontinued and is replaced by LC-NSI, which requires new plumbing and the panel size is different. Contact us for ordering the LC-NSI or use LC-SSI-2.
The B2400-B03 or HAC-NSI is the same as the B2400-B04 but does not have a solenoid for auto-lift feature, therefore no wires.

B2400-B03 AIRman Air Control Kit fits all Non-Steerable Lift Axle Applications. All-in-one valve is easy to install and maintain. This valve replaces the HLK-NSI with the flip switch by use of a convenient push-pull switch.

HAC-series air kit line has been designed to provide excellent reliability in your lift axle application. All air kits, however, are exposed to water and contaminant-filled air on a daily basis and do require preventative maintenance to ensure proper performance. Regular inspection, as a part of your preventative maintenance protocol, as well as daily operation checks should be performed.

Note: A electrical relay may be required to connect to the reverse light circuit for the “lift in reverse” feature. Download the installation instructions below for more details.
12vdc applied to the lift solenoid raises the axle. This would be typically connected to the reverse light circuit.
Note that some vehicles use a negative switched reverse light circuit and would require the use of a relay to operate properly (not included).
